The process
What happens
Modern dentures are made to fit closely, look natural, and let you eat and speak with confidence. They can replace a few teeth or a whole arch, and implants can hold them more securely.
- 01
Impressions
We take impressions and measurements of your mouth and bite.
- 02
Try-in
You try a wax version, so we can check the look, fit and bite before the final denture is made.
- 03
Fitting
We fit your denture and show you how to put it in, take it out and clean it.
- 04
Adjustments
A follow-up visit lets us ease any sore spots as your mouth settles.
Questions
Common Questions
Will people be able to tell I’m wearing dentures?
Dentures are made to suit your face and the shade you choose, so they look like natural teeth. Speech usually settles within a few weeks.
Can my loose denture be fixed?
Often, yes. A reline can improve the fit, or implants can be added to hold it firmly in place.
| Treatment | Typical time |
